Free Shipping Express Worldwide to all orders requested to a single address.
Shipping is free to : Australia, Asia, New Zealand, Western Europe, and North America.
The following destinations will be charged for shipping fee: Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Please contact us for the details.

Working Flow:
Once we receive your order and process the amount, we will ship within the next 24 hours. The amount of days to receive package is 5 to 8 working days.
 
A Tracking Number will be provided immediately after shipment.
We work with the following companies to ship to desired destinations: EMS, USPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx.

Order Processing Time:
Orders received on Monday to Saturday are processed with in 24 hours
Orders received on Sunday are processed on Monday

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Your order will be shipped once your payment is received, and the receiving address is verified. If an item in you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email.

For your protection, orders will be shipped to your verified default address. If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your default address, please notify us with the alternate address prior to placing your order.

We guarantee all deliveries. If goods are lost during shipment phase, we take full responsibility and will reship the goods on our expense.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept delivering to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Please note that Wowgolfclubs.com will not send incomplete orders. If you receive a package and it does not contain all products ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your package or your claim may not get processed.
